When I sign up for an Intis Telecom account, am I locked into a contract for a designated period?

No. Unlike our competitors, you are not locked into any contract.

In other words, you may close your account with Intis Telecom at any time. However for those who are interested in long-term cooperation, we do offer substantial discounts depending on the volume of texts purchased

Do you charge any additional fees? Do I need to sign a monthly contract?

No, we do not charge any additional fees. All you pay for are your text messages. You do not need to sign a monthly agreement, although we do recommend concluding a contract with us, because it has more legal force and it does not oblige you to make any payments.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel the contract you may email us at support@intistele.comIf you have any unused balance we will return it. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

How does a company start working with you?

All you need is to register your personal account! And then you will be able to test our Platform for free! Thereafter, for more effective cooperation, we recommend you enter an agreement with us. To do this, you may download and review the contract here.

If you have any amendments to the contract, you may contact us by Skype or email sales@intistele.com to resolve the issue.

If we come to a mutual agreement, you sign the contract and send the original to our legal address; Kalvariju g. 143-316, LT-08221 Vilnius and email a scanned copy to sales@intistele.com.
